Yao Ming plays first game after surgery
Yao Ming played his first match in nearly five months after foot surgery, help China beat Serbia 96-72 in the Stankovic Continental Cup here Thursday.

Wang replaced Yao with 3:59 minutes during the first quarter and scored his first point on a free-throw two minutes later. He remained on the ground early in the second quarter before he was benched three minutes later when China led 36-23. Serbia has 51-39 with a beat-the-buzzer 3-pointer on the break Macvan and private and 54-46 in the third quarter, the smallest margin of the game. The host team took a 14-2 term to set the tone of the match and led more than 31 points on 81-62in the fourth quarter. |
