Google launches Knol - you can begin to write for money
you're looking for a way to begin to write for money, as Google now offers a new option.
His new Knol - short for "unity of knowledge" - the site is similar to Wikipedia in that anyone can write an article about (almost) nothing. But where Wikipedia is a collective enterprise where everyone can both write and edit documents, Knol focuses on the preservation of property articles. This property makes two major differences when comparing with Wikipedia Knol. First, authors can choose "Moderate collaboration" for their work, allowing them to validate any proposed changes to their article. And secondly, authors can choose to display Google ads, and share their incomes. If you have a Gmail account, it takes about 30 seconds to start writing a Knol. If you prefer, you can also choose open collaboration, where everything signed a user can modify the Knol. And knols does not income-generating ads by default. To get them, you must create an account AdSense or are an existing account. Google said after the announcement that the company expects "many valleys on the same subject, and we believe that this is a good thing." I am curious to see where will go Knol, and if we will do everything for money from its ads. I disagree with the TechCrunch Jason Kincaid, who wrote that the system will attract numerous positions on issues such as the huge Barack Obama, but fail to attract articles on topics less popular. It encourages the opposite, because a well-written on a dark object would have much more than me also article on a politician. The authority post a better chance to show in search results, and thus advertising revenues drawing for a longer period of time. |
