Fishers - When it comes to smart planning and sheer livability, other cities could learn a lot from Fishers.

That's the conclusion of Money Magazine, whicn ranks the Hamilton County town as the 10th best place to live in America.

Money Magazine says Fishers is growing fast, attracting residents who are young and smart.

The ranking cited the number of life-science companies, low home prices and good schools with commuter bus service to downtown Indianapolis. Plymouth, Minnesota was ranked number one on the survey.
